If you find the buyer yourself and there isn’t another agent involved, we’ll handle all of the contracts and processing for 1.5%.

A. To be blunt, most agents are overcharging their clients. There isn’t an agent around that’s worth 6% of your home equity.  We’ve also created our business to be structured like an advertising agency; and cut out the inefficiencies plaguing other brokers, passing these savings on to our happy clients.

A. Definitely. We’ll still offer the standard 2.5-3% buyer’s agent commission to make sure every potential buyer sees your home. We also go above and beyond advertising to potential buyers directly, to make sure more eyes are on your home than anyone else’s.
